About Zablo and Sons

Zablo & Sons has been serving North Canton and the surrounding communities for years as a custom home builder, condo builder, and whole-house renovations specialist. George Zablo, a life-long resident of the area, has over 40 years of experience working with both national and regional developers in all aspects of the business, including entry into the industry as an accountant. 

In 1990, George started “Zablo & Sons”. His son, Max Zablo, who was a year old at the time, now works alongside his father to help run the company. Together they have completed several projects in many of the Canton area’s most prominent neighborhoods including Auburn Knolls, Glenmoore, Lake Cable, Nobles Pond, and the newly developing site, The Sanctuary.
